Iron

Tests with the Aquazet Water Conditioner and Electron Booster® were carried out to determine the effect of different voltage loads on water with an Iron content of 16mg/l at an pH of 6,1.

The following were observed:
a) -500 mV: Corrosion of the water with bacterial development.
b) No treatment: Corrosion with bacterial development.
c) Aquazet only: Corrosion and bacterial development.
d) +500 mV: Corrosion with bacterial development.
e) +1000 mV: Corrosion but without bacterial development.

Once the voltage was increased to more than 1000mV, the water still oxidised but no harmful effects were produced in and on the equipment. The bacterial growth was totally eliminated as can be seen in the photograph above.
